We have been repairing kites well for many years. Due to this. we have built a very large customer base, some times of the year we can get incredibly busy.To help keep us organized, keep you better informed we have created this "Live Repair" section of the site. You will be able to track your kite and know when it's in, see where you are on the list of repairs and any information about your kite quickly.

Once your kite arrives with us it will be added to the list above so you know it has arrived safely.
We add any repair notes in the description and then work through the kites in order (Unless it's a Fast Track kite in which case it get's done first). A note will be added when you kite is finished, what work was done, if it's waiting for parts or once payment is made. Once the kite is booked in with the carrier it's wiped off.If you have any other questions please feel free to call us in the shop on (01237) 238350.

North Dice 11m with exploded edge - Removed the leading edge bladder and turned inside out to clean, repaired. Kite still in repair.

DO NOT SEND KITES IN FOR REPAIR
UK holidays have exploded. Westward Ho! has no free accomodation until October. This has lead to high demand for our retail and surf hire. Due to this we are unable to repair kites until October as do not have the physical time.
