SHIPPING INFORMATION AND COSTS
We send parcels/packages all around the world. When you place your order with Kitemare-Surf & kite shop it gets processed from the shop in Westward Ho!, Devon, UK quickly.
We give you the following delivery options, how it physically comes will depend on the size of the item.
UK DELIVERY OPTIONS AND COSTS-
STANDARD SHIPPING. NOT TRACKED. UK-
Orders of £0.01 to £25.00=£3.95 Postage cost
Orders of £25.01 to £100.00=£2.95 Postage cost
Orders of £100.00 and above=FREE Postage cost
Standard value shipping method depends on the weight of the items ordered. Larger items go on a 2-3 day carrier while smaller items go via Royal Mail. We aim to get your order with you in 2-3 days. Standard shipping is a non tracked service and not insured. We provide a proof of postage.
EXPRESS UK SHIPPING. TRACKED AND INSURED. UK-
Orders of £0.01 to £25.00=£6.50 Postage cost
Orders of £25.00 to £100.00=£3.95 Postage cost
Orders of £100.00 and above=FREE Postage cost
With the express option we aim to get your goods to you next day. Larger items go on a next day carrier and smaller items via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Your goods should arrive next day but no carrier now guarantees this. Orders on a Friday should arrive Monday. We always try our hardest to get your order with you next day and the package is fully tracked and insured if lost.

Orders of £50.00 to £150.00=£5.95 Postage cost

Import duty/Tax-If you are ordering from outside of the UK you will be liable for your Country's import duty/tax, please check the cost of this before ordering.
International orders always go on a recorded service. We use Royal Mail tracked and signed, recorded or larger items via carrier. The delivery time will depend on size of item and the destination country. Normal delivery times tend to be 2-10 days and all packages are tracked and insured if lost.
RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be fully happy with the products brought from us as a happy customer is the best advert we can have for our store and the services we supply. We treat our online customers exactly the same as our physical ones with the professionalism we would expect ourselves.
RETURN
If you wish to return or swap a product within 30 days of purchase please email us at kitemarecompany@gmail.com to let us know what you are sending back. Send the goods back via recorded post so you know it has reached us. Items must be in an unused condition in the original packaging so we are able to re sell them. Once we have the items here we will issue a refund for you or change the item.
WARRANTY
If you have products fail that you believe are within the manufacturers warranty period please email us at kitemarecompany@gmail.com and send us some photos of the problem. We will assess the case quickly and advise you what to do for a quick resolution.
